Welcome! Whatever has brought you here, I'm glad that you are seeking support. It can take significant courage to reach out for help, and I would be honored to join you in your journey.
My approach to counseling is to meet you with genuine care and an understanding that humans are complex. I do not promote one-size-fits-all kind of answers. You will not be met with cliches or platitudes. This space is for you to be your authentic self.
I view the person as a whole being and will work with you to address the interconnected parts of you: physical, mental, relational, and spiritual. I work with couples, teens, individuals, and families.
