I used to think I had life figured out. Formulas and predictability were my companions until they came crumbling down through unexpected loss and pain. In this space, I began to deconstruct what I knew about life and felt the invitation to sit in the unexplainable instead of trying to tie it all up with a pretty bow. While life can certainly bring uninvited suffering and grief, I believe we do not need to go through it alone. I would be honored to join you in the messiness and broken pieces as you journey towards healing.
I have worn many hats throughout my life, including wife, mom, cross-cultural missionary, pastor’s wife, ESL teacher, barista, city dweller, and reluctant suburbanite. Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy running, travelling with my adventure-seeking husband and kids, reading, writing, and lingering over hot beverages.
