Our perceptions of ourselves and our place in the world are often colored by trauma, shame, and fear. Relationships have a way of bringing out our soft spots and rough edges. Beneath these layers and defenses, we all hold a desire to be truly seen and known. Counseling can help you and your partner to reveal patterns, unearth your desires, and create pathways towards  intimacy and connection.

Loss, whether anticipated or unexpected,  disrupts our feelings of security and familiarity.  How do you live again when the color from life has faded? The isolation that often follows the death of a loved one only adds salt to the raw wounds of grief. I will provide compassionate support as you walk this journey.
